Rain to Pour in Parts of Jakarta in the Afternoon

In the afternoon, light rain will fall in South and East Jakarta

The Meteorology, Climatology and Geophysics Agency (BMKG) expects rain in parts of Jakarta on Wednesday (12/24) afternoon until, but cloudy in the morning.

"In the afternoon, light rain will fall in South and East Jakarta," expressed BMKG's Public Relations Division Head, Achmad Taufan Maulana.

Temperatures are expected to be in the range of 24 to 32 degrees Celsius with humidity of 75 to 90 percent. Wind blows from west to north within 5-25 kilometers per hour.

"Be aware of the potential for rain accompanied by lightning with a short duration in the South and East Jakarta areas in the afternoon until at night," he stated.
